Why doesn’t my credit card work?

When you try to make a purchase using your credit card, we do not actually receive your information. Our website passes your data to a payment processor that verifies the card with the financial institution that issued the card. If the card is declined, we are unable to process the transaction.

Please try another credit card to make your purchase and if that does not work, contact the issuer of the card. If they verify that everything is in order with your card, please fill out a support form in the Help page at to create a ticket for our technical support team, so we can then investigate the issue further.
